PumpScout Parnters with Pump Solutions Group & NETZSCH
PumpScout.com has partnered with Pump Solutions Group (PSG) to increase the pump supplier’s online visibility and sales. PumpScout.com is a website for pump buyers looking for information about pumps, and price quotes on specific products. The site is intended to help buyers figure out the right pump for their application and then quickly connect them to the appropriate pump suppliers.

Through the new partnership, PumpScout.com now features nine PSG brands. Several PSG brands specialize in reciprocating and rotary positive-displacement pumps. Buyers using PumpScout.com can now request quotes for: Almatec and Wilden air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pumps, Neptune metering pumps, Blackmer sliding vane pumps, Maag external gear pumps, EnviroGear internal gear pumps, Abaque peristaltic pumps, Mouvex eccentric disc pumps, RedScrew screw pumps, and Quattroflow quaternary (four-piston) diaphragm pumps.

Buyers can now also receive quotes on Blackmer System One Series centrifugal process pumps and ANSI, end suction and self-priming pumps from Griswold.

PumpScout.com has also recently partnered with NETZSCH Pumps North America, a Pennsylvania-based company that specializes in progressing-cavity pumps and rotary lobe pumps. The pump manufacturer is the North American subsidiary of NETZSCH, a global operating group headquartered in Germany.

Pump Express Launches New Pump E-Commerce Site
The Web-based industrial and commercial pump distributor Pump Express will launch a new e-commerce site in spring 2013 geared to the light commercial and residential markets called PumpProducts.com. The new venture will incorporate pull-down menus, shopper reviews and buyers guides into an easy-to-use shopping site devoted to pumps, repair parts and accessories. A limited selection of electric motors and generators will also be offered. Zoeller, Liberty Pumps, and PHCC Pro Series are the three main wastewater pump manufacturers the new site will focus on with plans to offer their sump, sewage and effluent pumps as stand-alone units and packaged systems.

PumpProducts.com will also offer pumps for the full range of domestic non-wastewater applications including HVAC, recirculation and irrigation.

“The main thing that distinguishes PumpProducts.com from Pump Express, our flagship site, is a shopping cart,” said General Manager Ed Drejman, in a prepared statement. “PumpExpress.com will continue to provide essential pump sizing and selection services to the commercial and industrial clients who require it, while PumpProducts.com will cater to the online shopper who has a pretty good idea of what he or she needs and is primarily interested in getting a quality pump at the best price.”
