Yokogawa Opens Oil & Gas Demo Center

Yokogawa Corporation of America (www.yokogawa.com) opened a new, 400-square foot Oil & Gas Demo Center at its Sugar Land, Texas facility. The addition of this center adds to the existing 3,000-square foot Yokogawa Solutions Demo Center that features Yokogawa VigilantPlant solutions.

The center will show integration of Yokogawa’s Stardom RTU unit, CENTUM CS 3000 distributed control system, ProSafe-RS integrated safety system, PRM (Plant Resource Manager) asset management software, Exaquantum process information management system, and FastTools SCADA software. Detailed demonstrations of remote wireless well-head control, pipeline monitoring, gas separation, and offshore control solutions are also available.
