Ashcroft”s Xmitr transmitter combines the features of the company”s PowerFlex pressure gauge with patented transducer technology to create a single, convenient, dual-function instrument. With only half the number of instruments to install, the device reduces the cost of purchasing, installing, and calibrating multiple instruments. The instrument provides traditional transmitter features — including four to 20mA and voltage outputs, CE ratings, and 1 percent BFSL accuracy — with electronic temperature compensation from -20 C to 85 C. Pressure ranges from vacuum through 15,000 PSI are available in several models offered with two-inch, 2.5″, or 3.5″ diameter dial faces. These features allow the device to replace Bourdon tube gauges and transmitters in a wide variety of installations.
