Link-Tech’s Smart Meter positive-displacement flow measurement system features an internal risk-based processor for extended internal memory and self-diagnosis. The meter provides 0.1 percent accuracy when measuring either low-viscosity, lubricated fluids or high-viscosity and thixotropic materials. The meter is a sealless design, which utilizes hall-affect sensors scanning rotating neodymium magnets to generate a true quaduture output. Each rotation of the mechanism generates 40cc of measured materials and up to 24 pulses per revolution. The meter is impervious to pressure changes running from 5 PSI to 4000 PSI. The meter supports flow ranges from (1cc) of material per minute to a maximum of 15 gallons per minute.
