Magnetrol International’s second-generation Eclipse Model 705 guided-wave radar transmitterprovides one transmitter for the full range of Eclipse probes, allowingit to support a variety of applications. Different electronic units(Models 707 & 708) are no longer required. Waveform capturecapability and full PACT-ware FDT/DTM support are included. A safefractional failure rating enables installation in SIL 2 safety-ratedsystems as a one-for-one device. Extended measuring range supportsprobe lengths to 75 feet. The system also offers high temperature andhigh pressure interface measurement capability and an integrated20-point linearization/strapping table.
