Ham-Let Group (www.ham-let.com), a manufacturer of valves, fittings and instrumentation controls, named John A. Schwin president of its consolidated US operations, now based in Sugar Land, Texas. In this role, Mr. Schwin will aim to strengthen Ham-Let’s position in US markets and accelerate growth opportunities for Ham-Let’s line of instrumentation valves and fittings.

Mr. Schwin has held various positions in the process automation industries, including, most recently, the sales function for a business unit of Thermo Fisher Scientific (www.thermo.com). Prior to that, Mr. Schwin served in a variety of roles for Yokogawa Corporation of America (www.yokogawa.com).
