Despite the economic downturn currently being experienced in most industries, the fluid handling segment is booming, according to a study by GRS Fluid Handling (www.grsrecruiting.com), an industry-specific recruiting firm. The study says that even with growing fears of a domestic recession in the United States, it appears that the levels of expertise and sophistication required by the fluid handling industry provide immunity to the current economic downturn.

According to GRS it has seen a significant uptick in the number of companies seeking technical expertise in the area of fluid handling. GRS tracks each of the hiring needs of its clients as Job Orders. In the first two quarters of the current year, GRS says it has already taken approximately the same number of fluid handling job orders it had received in each of the entire five previous years.
