Neptune Chemical Pump Co”s Polymaster polymer makedown systems are designed to comply with both UL778 and CSA C22.2 No. 108-01 standards. The Polymaster system dilutes, mixes and thoroughly activates emulsion, dispersion and solution polymers. Polymasters are available in a range of models to produce from 20 GPH to 1,200 GPH (75 LPM to 4,500 LPM) of activated solution at concentrations from 0.1 percent to 2.0 percent. The pump”s patented, motorized Gatlin distribution head allows it to achieve a high degree of activation at all flowrates. The distribution head hydraulically segments polymer into ultra-thin film platelets to maximize the polymer surface area exposed to dilution water, providing maximum activation. The distribution head also ensures the degree of polymer activation is not affected by fluctuating water pressures or dilution water-ratio changes. Automatic units adjust polymer pump flowrate by pacing the speed of the polymer pump to an external 4-20mA signal. Loss of dilution water causes the pump to automatically shut down and alarm.
