Throughout 2024, Endress+Hauser USA will refrain from increasing US product list prices to maintain customer stability, all while sustaining its mission to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

In addition to holding US product list pricing and improving supply chain performance, Endress+Hauser USA will reduce freight costs by 3% to its US list price-based customers, further stabilizing and reducing overall purchasing costs.
Furthermore, Endress+Hauser USA and its national representative partner network have committed to same-day turnaround times for all non-project quotation requests received before 2 p.m. local time as standard practice. This will provide all customers with timely, accurate quotations to meet their needs at the speed of business today. This speed of response is enhanced by industry-leading delivery times for process instrumentation due to increased production capacity and supply chain capabilities.
