GF Piping Systems” Signet 9900 Transmitter features multi-parameter capabilities and an innovative auto-sensing “at-a-glance” display that allows easy visibility, even in dark conditions. The transmitter provides a single channel interface for many different parameters including Flow, pH/ORP, Conductivity/Resistivity, Pressure, Temperature, Level, Salinity and other sensor types that output a 4 to 20 mA signal. The single-channel, multi-parameter capability and field upgradable modularity allows users to increase their service level all while maintaining reduced inventory levels. A key feature to the new device is its extra large (3.90 inches by 3.90 inches) auto-sensing backlit display that allows visibility at four to five times the distance of other transmitters. This highly illuminated display and large characters reduce the risk of misreading or misinterpreting the displayed values. The display shows separate lines for units, main and secondary measurements, as well as a dial-type digital bar graph. Other capabilities include relay and warning LEDs and an intuitive menu for easy programming. The 9900 is offered in both panel- or field-mount versions. Both configurations can run on 12 to 32 VDC power (24 VDC nominal). The 9900 can also be loop-powered with compatible sensors. Output accuracy is +/-32 μA maximum error at 25 C at 24 VDC with resolution of 6 μA or better. Standards and approvals include NEMA 4X/IP65, CE, UL and China RoHS. –
