1 | thermal flowmeter

Fluid Components International (FCI)’s ST80 Series Thermal Flow Meter provides optimal performance and the necessary features for accuracy and repeatability in demanding biogas flow measurement applications. It features Adaptive Sensor Technology (AST), combining constant power (CP) and constant temperature (CT) thermal dispersion sensing technologies. It is suitable for pipe diameters from 1 to 99 inches and air/gas temps up to 850°F. The meter has extensive outputs and user interface choices.

2 | density digital converter

Dynatrol’s CL-10-HY density cell and Series 2000 density digital converter measure the density of crude oil, butane, diesel fuel, distillates, gasoline, ethane gas, isobutene, jet fuels and LPG. The cells come in a range of corrosion-resistant materials that are weather tight and explosion proof. They serve broad temperature and pressure ratings with no moving parts. The CL10HY-V2 Cell is double-sealed for protection against leaks. The Series 2000 digital converter has an onboard microcontroller.

3 | electromagnetic flowmeter

Endress+Hauser’s Proline Promag W 300/400/500 flowmeters with the 0 x DN full bore option measure with high accuracy (±0.5%). They are suitable in tight spaces because they do not need any inlet or outlet runs. The Promag W (0 x DN full bore) can easily handle swirls that frequently occur downstream of obstacles such as pipe bends and insertion devices and even those downstream of unknown obstacles such as buildup on the pipe wall, protruding seals or different inside diameters.

4 | shutoff valve

Emerson’s ASCO Series 158 Gas Valve and Series 159 Motorized Actuator are designed for burner-boiler applications. The valve offers a higher close-off pressure of 75 psi (5.2 bar) to ensure safe shutoff in the event of a fuel train system failure. Installation is easy with end connectors that eliminate the need for piping unions and a ventless compatible monoblock design that eliminates the need for additional vent piping. The actuator has a rugged construction and can mount in any position.
