NewAge Industries’Newloc push-to-connect fittings are available in two materials — acetaland brass — for use with rigid and semi-rigid tubing, such as nylon, polyethylene, and polypropylene. The fittings provide instant leak-freeconnections with no flow restrictions. They can be installed quickly bypushing the end of the tube into the fitting and can be disconnectedand reused. Styles include Ys, three- and four-way connectors, Ts andreducing Ts, elbows, straight connectors, swivel types, options forbulkhead applications, and others. Acetal fittings are made fromlightweight, FDA-sanctioned materials and are listed by the NationalSanitation Foundation (NSF 51 and NSF 61). Available in both fractionaland metric sizes from 1/8″ through 1/2″ and four mm through 12 mm.Support pressures up to 230 PSI and can handle full vacuum (29.9in./Hg). Temperature use ranges from –4 F to 158 F. Brass fittings provide higher pressure andtemperature ratings than their acetal counterparts. All male pipethreads are supplied with a pre-applied fluoropolymer sealant, andavailable sizes range from 1/8″ to 1/2″ (no metric options). LikeAcetal versions, the brass models handle full vacuum. Nickel-platedfittings are also available.
