Honeywell Sensing & Control Expands in EMEA Region

Honeywell Sensing and Control (S&C) is expanding its presence in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region (EMEA) with plans to increase its sales, marketing and engineering workforce.

Honeywell Sensing and Control (S&C) is expanding its presence in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region (EMEA) with plans to increase its sales, marketing and engineering workforce and the appointment of Remi Volpe as vice president-general manager for S&C’s EMEA region.
 
“EMEA is an important region for Honeywell S&C, and what happens here has a global impact,” said Tony Sugalski, president of S&C, in a prepared statement. S&C will also increase its sales, marketing and engineering workforce throughout the region, a result of the growth opportunities in EMEA, an aggressive schedule of new product releases and a focus on key industrial, medical, transportation and military/aerospace customers. The new teams will work with equipment manufacturers, as well as with established and new distributor and channel partners in EMEA.”
 
Based in Rolle, Switzerland, Volpe has more than 20 years of Honeywell experience. Prior to joining S&C, he served as the EMEA Marketing Director-buildings and CentraLine business leader for Honeywell’s Environmental & Combustion Controls (ECC) business.
