Hoffer Flow Controls, a manufacturer of industrial flowmeters and electronics, recently expanded its manufacturing facility, adding 8,000 square feet to the existing plant. The additional square footage will be used to accommodate a newly purchased “flowmeter air calibrator.” Hoffer Flow Controls says the new air calibrator will provide more capabilities to the existing Flowmeter Calibration Department. In addition, the space will allow for expanding the company’s machine shop, more office space, as well as the addition of an isolated carpentry area.
Upgrades such as energy efficient “green” lighting, new security systems for the entire facility, and an upgrade to the fire alarm systems have been incorporated in the expansion.
