Barnant Company”sMasterflex B/T RapidLoad line of direct-drive peristaltic pumpingsystems is designed for high-volume, high-accuracy bulk fluid transferand dispensing applications. The new pump line offers flowratecapacities to 9.5 GPM and is available in a range of models, includingfixed or variable speed, analog or digital, hazardous duty,air-powered, washdown, and CIP/SIP (clean-in-place/sterilize-in-place)capable systems. The RapidLoad pumphead makes tubing changes simple. The head features an occlusion systemfor loading tubing without tools or lubrication. No manual adjustmentis required either – occlusion is set when the pump head door isclosed. The patent-pending PerfectPosition tube retention systemautomatically holds and retains tubing during loading. As an importantsafety feature, the pump features a cast aluminum/powder coated coverto prevent fingers, tools, and other objects from coming in contactwith the roller mechanism while in operation. The pump automaticallyswitches off when the cover is opened. The pumps are a good fit forpharmaceutical, food, chemical, wastewater, and other high-volumeapplications. Every pump in the line offers a UL and cUL-recognizedmotor. Models meeting CE and ATEX standards are also available.
