Verder Group, a diversified pumps and fluid technologies manufacturer headquartered in the Netherlands, and GPM Pump Company of Macon, Ga., have launched a joint venture called VerderGPM. Prior to January 2010, GPM Pumps operated as a distributor for Verder”s Verderflex hose and SSP rotary pump lines. Now as a joint venture, VerderGPM will operate as the U.S. entity for Verder”s entire pumping solution set. The VerderGPM product line includes the Alfa Laval/SSP rotary lobe pump, the VerderFlex peristaltic pump, and VerderAir air-operated, double-diaphragm pumps.
According to VerderGPM, the primary objective of the joint venture is to provide end-users a single source for peristaltic, double-diaphragm, diaphragm, and rotary-lobe pumps.
