Lexair’sMagna-Cycle magnetically detented four-way control valve is aspool-type, air-pilot actuated valve. An adjustable permanent magnet ineach actuating chamber holds the spool in position until the pilotpressure exceeds the holding power of the magnet. This magnetic detentaction in the actuating chamber enables automatic control actions to beconsistently and reliably repeated without the need for an electricalor mechanical interface, making it a good fit for hostile orpotentially explosive environments. Constructed of corrosion-resistantsolid brass, the load-sensing, manifold-mounted valve features aprecision lapped fit stainless steel spool. It is subplate mounted withport sizes from _” to _” NPT or SAE and has a pneumatic pressure ratingof 150 PSI.
