Hale said the PCS footprint is highly complementary to multiple FCX business geographies covered by approximately 50 outside sales professionals. He also said the combination of these businesses will not result in any outside changes and the company’s names will not be changed.

“PCS fits perfectly with our strategy of buying quality teams that further expand our service & solutions offerings,” Hale said.  “With the support of our majority investor, Harvest Partners, we fully anticipate closing additional acquisitions in FY 2015.”
