exida, a certification and research firm that provides functional safety and cyber security certification for the process industries, is now accepting nominations for its 2014 exida Safety Awards. The awards are designed to honor the most outstanding functional safety products certified by exida per IEC 61508 in the following categories: Components, Final Elements, Logic Solvers, Sensors and Software.
“This awards program honors exida certified products that best demonstrate new and innovative work that have lasting impacts in the world of functional safety,” says Dr. William Goble, exida principal partner, in a company announcement.
The deadline to submit a nomination is Sept. 8, 2014.
