Dover Corporation (www.dovercorporation.com) established a Pump Solutions Group (PSG), joining its legacy pump brands, Wilden (www.wildenpump.com) and Blackmer (www.blackmer.com), with fellow pump manufacturers, Griswold Pump Co (www.griswoldpump.com) and Almatec (www.almatec.de). The PSG resides within Dover’s Fluid Solution platform, with a mandate to leverage each company’s brand recognition and maximize synergies within the group’s distribution, manufacturing footprint, and supply chains, as well as through best practices and streamlining back-office support functions.
The group will aim to take advantage of greater critical mass, while expanding global footprint — now exceeding 50 percent of its sales outside U.S.
Pump Solutions Group member companies operate out of facilities in California, Michigan, and Georgia, as well as internationally facilities Dusseldorf, Shanghai, Chennai, India, Auxerre, France, and Ostrava, Czech Republic.
