Lechler”sAirMist air-atomizing spray nozzle has been redesigned to provideincreased flexibility and improved reliability. The nozzle body can be combinedwith a variety of interchangeable aircaps to create different spraypatterns, flowrates, and coverages. The nozzle features precisionspray mist with fine droplets; optional accessories for shutoff andcleanout; and performance control of the spray through the selection ofan internal or external mix spray and a flat or round spray pattern.The nozzle is a good fit for applications that require coating,cooling, or humidification. The nozzle can be optionally connected tothe Lechler Spray Controller (LSC), which controls the spray when thenozzle is operated by itself or in tandem with other nozzles as part ofa header.
