Customers are now able to go online, find the part they want, set up an account, and place the order via credit card 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There is also a designated toll-free customer assistance line, (855)-BURKERT, for questions that might occur during the ordering process, available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–7:30 p.m. (ET).
Burkert says selecting solenoid, process or pneumatically actuated valves and system solutions isn’t always an easy process, so it wanted to provide customers with a way to order when it’s convenient for their schedule.
