Ryan Herco Flow Solutions (RHFS) has acquired the assets of Plastic Engineered Products Company (aka P.E.P.), a New Jersey-based industrial distributor of engineered plastics for corrosion-resistant and high-purity fluid handling products and custom fabrication services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Burbank, Calif., RHFS is an industrial distributor of filtration fluid handling products and custom-fabrication services with 29 locations nationwide and one location in Singapore serving the Aquatics, General Industrial, Water & Waste, Semiconductor, Life Sciences, and Food & Beverage market segments.
RHFS says the acquisition of P.E.P., headquartered in Branchburg, N.J, will help strengthen its presence and ability to serve an East Coast customer base in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. RHFS says it will also benefit from P.E.P.’s experience serving municipal, chemical and general industrial markets.
