High-Accuracy Pressure Transmitters for Industrial Applications

Brooks Instrument’s ATEX-approved SolidSense II pressure transmitter provides corrosion-resistance and measurement in industrial applications. These pressure transmitters join Brooks' existing line of SolidSense II ultra-high purity (UHP) pressure transducers, which are measurement devices used in the semiconductor market. The pressure transmitters have been designed with a 316L stainless steel and chromium-enriched wetted flow path, making them a good fit for most process fluids. Active digital temperature compensation enables repeatable process pressure measurement in industrial plants and applications exposed to wide variations in temperature. These transmitters meet ATEX and Factory Mutual requirements.
