Mag-Drive Pumps Designed for Leak-Free Operation

The patented, seal-less, magnetic drive design of the Moyno Mag Drive 500 Series provides zero leakage so the pump can handle toxic, aggressive, caustic or flammable and explosive fluids. This progressing cavity, mag-drive pump is the first progressing cavity wobble stator pump to offer magnetic drives. No mechanical seals are used. Its pulsation-free, low-shear pumping action maintains product integrity and there is no vapor locking when handling gaseous, volatile liquids. There are four models from which to choose. Flowrates from 0.1 to 900 GPH. Materials of construction include PVC housings, Nitrile or EPDM, with optional FPM stators and titanium rotors. Skid-mounted, turnkey systems are also available. Typical applications include sodium hypochlorite, ammonia, hydrogen peroxide, ferric chloride, aluminum chloride, and other caustic fluids. –moyno.com
