Stainless Steel Transition Fittings

Viega’s stainless steel transition fittings are for connecting Viega’s ProPress system to existing piping systems in commercial and industrial facilities. The transition fittings enable installers to connect directly from either welded pipe systems or grooved pipe systems. Offered in 2 1/2-, 3- and 4-inch sizes, the stainless steel transition fittings are made from either 304 or 316 stainless steel and come with an EPDM sealing element. Six sizes enable connections to welded pipe systems (P x Weld) and six sizes provide connections to grooved pipe systems (P x Groove). The fittings are pressure-rated at 200 PSI and feature a temperature rating of 0 F to 250 F. The P x Weld transition fittings meet ASTM F1476, and the P x Groove transition fittings meet ASTM F1548 standards. The fittings come with a warranty against defects and workmanship.
