Pressure Fittings & Hose

Crystal Engineering's Pressure Fittings & Hose line is purpose-designed for applications in instrumentation, field testing and pressure calibration. The CPF design improves on standard cone-type fittings with a replaceable o-ring seal. This new sealing method allows users to create leak-free connections, up to 10,000 PSI, without using tools or thread tape. Connections between CPF fittings maintain a 4-to-1 Factor of Safety. When necessary, the 316 stainless steel fittings can also be wrench tightened for a vibration-resistant, metal-to-metal seal. A safety weep hole designed into the side of the fitting alerts users, by leaking gas or test fluid, before a disconnection under pressure causes injury or damage.
